Flu Vaccination for 50-64 year olds

The Health Board have authorised GPs across N. Ireland to offer the INFLUENZA vaccine to our patients aged 50-64 years, if they have not already received it as part of an at risk group since October 2020.

Clearly our priority lies with the Covid vaccination campaign, but as we are currently waiting for more supply of the Astra Zeneca/ Oxford vaccine we have decided to run an INFLUENZA VACCINE clinic on the afternoon of WEDNESDAY 27th JANUARY for our patients aged 50-64 years old. You should have received a text from the Practice if you are in this age group, but if not you would be welcome to attend Cherryvalley Group Practice between 2-5pm for your Influenza vaccine.

As with all attendances at the Practice, we would ask you to wear a face covering, ensure you maintain 2 metres distance from other patients if waiting in a queue, and please do not attend if you have been advised to self isolate or have symptoms in keeping with Covid-19 infection.
