GP Surgeries across Northern Ireland have changed their systems in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic. If you require medical advice please do not attend the Surgery without an appointment. This enables us to adhere to social distancing within the Practice, ensuring we are protecting our patients and staff.
There are restricted numbers of routine appointments available in the Practice each day. We suggest that you try to phone early in the day to ensure access to one of these appointments. Urgent calls will be managed appropriately throughout the day.
We will offer an initial telephone appointment with one of our GPs, during which we can discuss further options for assessment. This will include telephone or video consultation, attendance at the Surgery, or onward referral to the Covid Assessment Centre at Beech Hall Wellbeing and Treatment Centre.
Our Treatment Room is available on an appointment only basis for phlebotomy (bloods), dressings, and injections.
More information can be found on our appointments page. We also have further advice about Coronavirus.
