We are sad to say goodbye to two of our long serving senior administrators who have left Cherryvalley to take up senior positions in other practices. Ms Christine Donaghy has been our Office Manager, and working with the Practice for 19 years, and Mrs Stacey Corish, our Practice administrator, was with us for 10 years. I am sure you will join us in wishing them every success as they take up their positions; we have no doubt they will be an asset to their new Practices.
We would like to welcome Mrs Nicky Wilson, our new Office Manager. She brings a wealth of experience with her and we hope she will feel very much at home in Cherryvalley. We would also like to welcome Jackie and Clare to our admin team. Mrs Katharine Rogan continues to lead our excellent administrative team as they provide assistance in navigating patients to access medical advice in a confidential, professional manner. The pressure on primary care services continues to be a significant challenge so we appreciate your patience as administrative staff assist you.
We recently welcomed Dr Barbara Warnock to our medical team. We are delighted that she has joined us in Cherryvalley alongside the existing team of GPs.
As the workforce crisis continues, we are proud to be a GP Training Practice and continue to support fully qualified doctors, who are undergoing rigorous training requirements to become GPs.
We extend our ongoing thanks to our Specialist Nurse and Treatment room team: Mrs Ruth McIlwaine, Mrs Libby McCulla, Mrs Gillian Murray, Mrs Andrea Crawford and Mrs Kerry Turner, all of whom deliver an outstanding service to our patients.
Mrs Laura Murray, our Practice Pharmacist, does an excellent job processing many of the queries relating to medication in the Practice; we continue to thank her for her attention to detail.
